It's easy to contact Spectra. We promise that during normal office hours, you'll always be greeted with a real person, except if the phones are really, really busy in which case there is a small chance of an answering machine.

You can however be sure to never be greeted with a "Press 1", "Press 2" style computer. We're fairly sure that anybody would prefer to speak to a friendly advisor, not have to choose from a list.
